Return Window

Customers can request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging should be available
  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Wrong product
  • Missing item
  • Defective product

Please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order ID
  • Opening video
  • Photos/videos of the issue

Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days

Replacements

If applicable, replacement orders will be shipped after verification of the issue.

Reverse Pickup

If your return request is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items
  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery
  • Products without opening video proof
